This is exemplified by our partnership with Cloudcon, an equipment software and plant hire company who are streamlining maintenance, servicing, and billing processes in the machinery hire industry. With Cloudcon, we offer a paper-free system for all our dockets, payroll, and invoicing.
The Cloudcon system manages the compliance of our growing fleet of plant and heavy equipment rentals. Our team complete daily pre-starts, on/off hire inspections, and services digitally, enabling historical fleet maintenance records to be provided to our clients at a moment’s notice.
Additionally, our machine operators complete electronic dockets from a mobile device. Supervisors can sign on the device, and instantly receipt copies of the dockets to their email. Our clients benefit from our innovations as we provide flexible services in fast-paced environments, without a reduction in quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
